How to avoid late delivery due to unresponsive buyer?

Hi guys i have an order and i am working on it from last 3 days.Client was in touch with me but from last 24 hours he is not responding to my messages and now delivery is due in next 4 hours and some work is pending but i have to take requirements from him to do that .My gig is related to It support and i have already done a lot of work on his project as this is not a one time delivery like any logo or graphic designing project.Now my question is that what should i do may i proceed to submit the order or what should i do?
