Can buyer download the source file of power point presentation before accepting delivery?

Hi everyone, I have made a power point presentation for a client. I give him the source file also in the delivery section. Then he made some changes in them by himself and again ask for revision to fix his changes with designs. I have done designing for one by one slide. And showed him some screenshots before submit again. He said ok for them. Then I delivered the file again. Now, He is not accepting the delivery. I saw him coming online in between but didn’t accept the delivery yet. My question is, can he download the source file before accepting the delivery? I not then how did he made changes in them? If so, then he may cancel the order after taking all service from me. What can I do in this situation?

Yes, he can download the file to check if he accepts your delivery or not. If he does not request any revision the order will be marked complete in three days. In order to cancel he will have to open a dispute with a reason, so if you delivered what he asked, no worries. Even if he does not mark the order as completed, the system will do in three days.

He might be busy. If you initiated the delivery then the order will be completed automatically after 3 days. So no worries.
And he can download it without marking the order completed. But stay relax and wait for his response or the order to be automatically completed.
