Someone bought a gig package I don't offer

Hello everyone,

I just had a very weird experience.

A returning customer, bought my translating package but at a price which I don’t offer. In short I only offer $5 $15 and $30 packages. The customer bought my $5 package for $10. I double checked my gig and it is still $5. What has happened? Has anyone experienced that before? Thank you in advance.

It could be a gig extra like fast delivery or something else you offer as gig extra and if that’s the case, then, that means you set it yourself as gig extra. Probably the buyer added your gig extra to his or her order.
