My gigs not promoting anymore.it shows unqualified

I cannot promote my gigs anymore.
It shows unqualified to publiĺsh
Anyone know solution?

Have you read through all this yet? fiverr.com/support/sections/360004979897-Promoted-Gigs

If you meet the known criteria still, contact CS. If you don’t, then there is no solution other than to work to fix whatever made you loose the qualification.

Yeah i did thanks.
it worked yesterday also
But today it shows as unqualified and not showing the reason.
