Account access denied on one wifi while account is okay with another wifi

Hi there. I use multiple wifi networks for my Fiverr account. But today I got this issue on one of my wifi networks.
“Access Denied Sorry about that, but you do not have permission to access the requested page. If you require assistance, please contact”

But when i signed in with another wifi, the account is okay. where should be the problem?
