Promoted Gigs and DeRank gigs

Hello. Hope you people are doing well. I was getting enough orderss. But suddently My “all promoted gigs are Become Unqualified” and “Gigs become de ranked” Suddenly since 1 month.
What can be the solution? anyone can help me?
