Is everyone facing the same problem or is it only me?

It’s just showing “n/a” there (on your dashboard) because that’s where the 60 day average rating is displayed but if you haven’t had a rating in the last 60 days it has no ratings to average and display there so it displays n/a in that case.

When you get a new review that will change. Buyers only see the all time average figure (not the last 60 day one).
