wox_studio Posted April 28, 2021 Share Posted April 28, 2021 Hello guys, I don’t know if anyone has experienced this before.I had a mutual agreement to cancel an order with a buyer, so we did, only for the gig to return as an Active order in like 25 days time, but in Revision.I had no control of this as there is no option to deliver, close, modify, or do anything with the order…I didn’t understand how this could have happened, so I contacted the buyer, if she got any notification about our previously canceled project, she said she didn’t.I had to contact CS immediately to fix the issue… It’s been over 2 months, I haven’t heard from them, they just left the case as opened.Is there a way I can fix this problem myself since CS is not planning on helping?As of now, the delivery time shows 83 DAYS LATE. lenasemenkova Posted April 28, 2021 Share Posted April 28, 2021 You can add a comment to the opened ticket to boost it up. If it doesn’t do anything, close the ticket and open a new one.
