Withdraw options are not working and support center does not responding

I want to withdraw my funds as always but the withdraw options are not working and says contact to support center. I’m trying to reach support center since last Thursday. They told me that they will check the situation and come back to me but they never respond again. I created a new support ticket and same thing happened. I’m living in difficult circumstences in my country and desperately need my funds but i couldnt get even an answer about it. This is totally unfair attitude and i’m protesting it! Does anyone get the same situation?
