Paypal vs Payoneer for Europeans

I’ve been trying to find out which option is the best but I haven’t been able to find any recent posts/articles. Since I’m in europe, specifically in Greece I’m going to need to convert the money from usd to euros but I’m lost with all the fees/convertion rates etc. I don’t want the money to stay in online accounts, I want them transferred to my bank. The companies’ websites do not give me answers as to how much they charge for each action and i’m honestly confused. Any help? I’d like to hear what you use and why if you’re willing to share
