What is wrong with messages

Hi,

I received an email and notification in mobile that I’ve a new message from someone. But when I log into my fiverr account, there is no message from that person.

I don’t understand, is there any possibility that the message was auto deleted?

If the message was spam, then yes, it would be hidden and possibly auto-deleted. Check your spam messages folder (on Fiverr), and you might find it.
