Buyer Request and get job

Is it really possible to get a job from buyer request as a newcomer? I have sent around 220 offers on buyer request. fairly, I got 2-3 replies from my offer and they agreed to give me the job and then vanished! How come! Are there any suggestions that really work?

Yes, you can get jobs from buyer requests. You need to put in the maximum allowed every day which is 10 I believe.
