Need help about a resolution

A client ordered without talking to me. He ordered quotation for 1400 words but pays only for 1000 words. He didn’t even gave me enough details about the order. I asked him and he didn’t even answer.

I opened a resolution but Fiverr keep sending me that the time is running. Do i have to deliver it ? Will this affect my profile ? HELPPPPPPP IM DESPERATE !! 😫
