Buyer requested a refund but still 100 percent completion

Hi, Hope that all of you are fine.
I have to know about the cancellation of an order after 2 months of its completion with great feedback and buyers satisfaction. Fiverr deducted the money from the account but order completion is 100 percent. I got a notification that the seller canceled your order. Please if anyone can help me regarding this issue. Thanks
