my paypal button is gray and i cant withdraw so please help asap because its not a small amoumt

You must wait 24 hours from your last withdrawal. I took my funds out at 2 pm yesterday and a large order went through during the night. Now I have to wait until 2 pm today to take my funds out through PayPal.

I just noticed you are a new seller on the Fiverr platform. It appears you have not read the Terms of Service that you ticked the box and said you had read. Because if you had read ToS, you would know: ⬇️

• Revenues are only made available for withdrawal from the Revenue page following a safety clearance period of 14 days after the order is marked as complete.

If your funds are clearing, you cannot withdraw them until 14 days after your order is marked complete by your buyer. Also, your order will autocomplete after 3 days if your buyer does not complete the order.

Your PayPal button is gray because your earnings have not cleared. Fiverr waits 14 days to make sure there is no issue with the order for which the buyer may want a refund.
