Fiverr promoted gig option is not showing

Hello,

I am working with Fiverr last 4 years. due to the covid19 pandemic, I was not available last 1 year regularly so my gigs are lost their rank. in this time I saw most of my category sellers get an option to say Promote Gig and it works well. I want to know why I am not getting it yet?

One of the requirements is:

You are a Level 1, Level 2, or Top Rated seller.

So that’s a reason why you’re not currently getting the option.

Probably. There are additional metrics that they don’t specify though.
