The low rated review that’s at the top of the profile by default (most relevant sort) might be what’s preventing more orders. If you can’t get more orders after a certain amount of time maybe ask CS if you can close the account and open a new one. Maybe a different reply to that review might have helped things (eg. maybe if you had replied that you could still revise it if that is wanted), maybe you could have explained in your public reply to the review that orders get automatically completed after 3 days if a revision isn’t requested.

In the background removal gig the video has a few spelling issues that could be fixed but that probably doesn’t really matter for the gig.
