Misusing of Buyer Request

This morning I saw this buyer request and bid it,
(I need a business card design with logo.
Delivery Time - 1 days
Budget - $60)

Again now the same people have another buyer request for $90, I check his profile and get gig on the same product for $5.

Is it okay?!

You need to remove the username from your post.

It’s possible that they’re checking out their competition and have no actual intent to order anything. (Or, if they do, there is a possibility that they’ll try to cancel and get free work.)

As for if it’s okay or not, “reselling” is a much discussed and debated topic here on the forums.
