Is it true if we provide our personal details then we get banned on Fiverr?

I heard from my senior Fiverr users that it is not even allowed to ask or attach any personal data in the pdf or doc files we exchange. as an instance will this GIG beak any Fiverr community Law?

I cannot find the exact place in TOS where it says so, but we cannot share our personal information to get paid off of the Fiverr Platform. If you do this, you will get a warning or even get banned.

However, if you provide a service that requires you to know your buyer’s personal information, it must be stated in your gig what you will need to know to provide your service. If it is not stated in your gig description, you could get in trouble.

No after getting an order you will also receive an order page until order completed . I am talking about that page . And it will be better to not send any contact information to buyer

Yeah it’s against site policy because they don’t want people taking money off the site by doing business outside the platform. It’s why a big warning comes up if you type the word “email” in a message.

Strangely enough one of my competitors who is a top-rated seller… I look at his work samples and all of his contact details are watermarked at the top of all his work. I wouldn’t risk it though.

When you signed up, you were given a link to Fiverr’s Terms of Service, and you had to check a box stating that you’ve read the terms and that you’re agreeing to them.
