Is "Promoted Gigs" deduct money automatically? & Do i turn off this feature anytime?

Hi Fiverr Sellers Family ! Today i got “Promoted Gigs” feature. I want to know is it worth for me and how much money they deduct & also will the money deducts automatically? And the last thing, can i turn off this feature once after availing anytime?? Please share your honest experience, thank you in advance 🙂
