I don't understand why I refund 50%(Total fee)

I tried to develop an app by asking a developer. However, the developer was unable to develop the app due to lack of skills.
Eventually, I agreed to the developer’s request for cancellation.
By the way, I paid $200 to the developer.
Eventually I will get a refund of about $100.
Why do I get a refund of only about $100 from fiverr?

I think in Fiverr we can’t ask for partial Refund.
You can try to contact Fiverr Support to ask why you have been refunded for the half amount of your order.
