I completed the adobe photoshop test (7.2 / 10) and the freelance basics course (92% in the final test for a bug that counted me wrong a correct answer), what are the benefits now? Greater visibility?

To my understanding taking such tests does not increase your visibility. For some fields certain tests are required to assure you can do what you claim. But overall, these tests help you to instill trust regarding potential buyers. For example, I’m not a native English speaker but I write poetry in English. Having completed tests of English grammar etc helps buyers to see I’m not just saying I’m fluent, but the proof is there as well. These tests don’t say everything of course, but it does help (in the eyes of some buyers) to increase the trust in your services, which is the main benefit I guess!
