Buyer blocks me as i was planning to begin on my next order!

So recently after my purchase from a seller, i came back the next day asking the seller if i can drop any of my ideas/references before authorizing on a new order and it was 11PM local time when i sent the message. And when i woke up next morning to check my inbox, the seller blocks me from contacting her. Is that my fault and why?

I’m asking because i found a perfect seller to buy their gigs as it was like the best thing i’ve ever seen, but now i can’t anymore. I hope anyone can help me with this issue!
