Issue Downloading Multiple Files

Hi,

In chat we can see the link saying “Download All” for images or video etc. But when you try to download it i get error “Something went wrong. Try refreshing the page.” after refresh also you same issue.

Did any one face the same problem?

I had a similar issue. All I do is change my opera browser to google chrome.

If you were already using google chrome clear cookies and cache and you’re good to go

I’m using Firefox. I also clear the cache for the browser still it persists. I will try using chrome.

It might be useful to know that Fiverr was optimized for Chrome.

I will surely try the Chrome. I don’t use chrome coz when we are trying to answer the inquiries sometime we come across the video links which has ads and pop up’s which firefox block them.

It seems Fiverr is not optimized for any browser. It is disgrace that this still happens almost a year after the first comment here.
