Hello everyone! I am a new freelancer from Bangladesh and i’m facing a problem ,which is ‘in buyer request page i can’t find any options for sending buyer request.’ Please share with me your experience also solutions of this problem. Thank you.

make a proposal in line with the client requirements

don’t make a proposal too long and keep it as simple as possible
