60 Days after Order Cancellation but my Order Complettion Rate has not yet reset

Hello, February 14th I received a cancellation from a buyer and it really effective my stats in Fiverr.

But I didn’t lose hope. I edited my gigs and finally on March 22nd I received another order from a different buyer.

In short, I thought that the cancellation will reset after 60 days and my Order Completion Rate will jump back to 100%. But still, it’s the same.

How does this usually work? Any advice from your experience will be helpful.

I started my fiverr journey with cancel order. Then after 60 days rate was 100%. Just wait sometimes hope it will be ok.
