What exactly do you mean by this statement?

Do you mean that the offers you send to buyer’s requests are not working? Or, that there is some bug or error in the buyer’s request page?

If it is the first - you are getting buyer’s requests and answering them, but not converting any to sales, then you need to do a SEARCH on the forum for “How to Write an Effective Buyer Request Response”. This question has been answered many times.
