Why Can't I Send Buyer Request?

I have read one of the ways to get sales is by sending buyer requests, unfortunately, I have not seen even one?

Could it be because I am level one? Or am I doing something wrong?

As a new seller, you see fewer buyer requests than a lvl 1 or lvl 2 sellers…
you have to keep an eye on the buyer request section they are available at a specific time according to your region…
as for me, my time standard is GMT+6 I see buyer requests mostly in the midnight to early morning(as I told before it depends on your region when you see them)
