I am also new on Fiverr. But have a journey of 15 days hardwork from which I came to know that you always need to have a portfolio or successful sample projects for yourself before creating a new account.

For example :
If you are a digital marketer, you must have a successful social profile.

If you are a website developer, you must have a successful website.

If you are a video creator, you must have a YouTube channel.

And so on.
