How to place a new buy with the refund money?

Hi, I’m a buyer and Fiverr has refunded to one of my cancelled order. How can I use the same money to place a new order?

I believe it takes a few days to show up in your balance. Once it’s there, you’ll be able to use it for a different purchase.

If you’ve waited longer than a week and still don’t have it there, I suggest you send a message to CS.

Thanks for the response. I can see the balance but I’m not sure the process to place a new order.

I have tried to pay a seller but it is asking for card details dnd not showing any option to use the available credit.

Honestly, non-user friendly website.
