Hey!
I initiated my first refund through paypal and I have a few doubts.

1. Do i need to set up a business profile? Is kyc needed?
2. On initiating refund, paypal asked me to go to resolution center and fill in additional information, how ever there was nothing there. Any help with that please?
3. How do i know if the refund is in process?

Any eads in the above questions would be a huge help. Thankyou for your time.

Hey there,
In PayPal KYC is mandatory, i also had the similar issue therefore i contacted the customer care they asked me to update my valid id and some personal details in resolution center and i did it. after which my profile was fully activated without any limitation. hope it helps. Cheers !
