I want to know that how to verify my ID?

Hi, I’m Sakin. I’m new in fiverr. I completed one order in fiverr. Now fiverr ask me to verify my Id by taking image of my passport/N.I.D/Driving License. I’m trying to take a photo of my N.I.D by following the rules given from fiverr. I’m taking the picture of my N.I.D with high quality and sharp, good lighting, covering full Id in the frame. But fiverr is not accepting my picture. I want to know why fiverr is not accepting my picture? And how to take the picture?
