How to withdraw money from fiverr with my cousin's account

I am 14 and I want to withdraw the money!
Is it necessary that my fiverr account info like birth date etc have to match up with my payoneer info
as I am 14. Bangladesh lets under 18 and above 13 to have a student account,
but I want to withdraw it with my cousin’s account (he is over 18) is there any problem if I do that?
he lives with us and he will give me the money in irl so please can I do this?
