I haven’t received any orders since I got Level One.

Looking forward to consulting with experienced.

consulting with experienced brothers and sisters.

Suggest you do not address others as dear, brother, sister, mate, etc. as lots of people don’t like it and it will put many buyers off.

Thank you, dear 🙂

Do not refer to people as “dear,” “brother,” “sister” or anything like that. This is a professional setting and such language is not considered professional in English.

While Fiverr is a melting pot of different cultures, skills and personalities (which in itself is one of the great strengths of the platform), there are a number of mistakes I keep seeing over and over in communications here on the forum. These mistakes impact poorly on the way in which your interactions are perceived, and could also have a huge negative impact if you use similar terminology in your gigs or client interactions. Dear Never refer to another person as “Dear” in a professional env…

Hi Guys 😔
I got the level 1 month ago. I haven’t had any orders since then, No knock has been coming in for quite some time, the gig impression is waning.
Can anyone give me a solution?

I believe New sellers are rotated more into the results to help them get started. After that, you're on your own, and have to compete like everyone else on the platform.

10 orders is not much to say that your orders disappeared when you didn’t have that many to start with 😉

you can look for a topic on a forum called “level 1 Hell” and see if you can find any useful information from a discussion there

My suggestion is give max time as you can.

1. Update your gig
2. Re-upload your gig
3. Check gig activity
4. Create New Gig
5. Do research about keywords, title
6. Change gig image and create a eye-catching image.
7. Try to response fast to client
8. And Last Be a professional seller

Thank you

Fiverr has introduced a new Sub Category to the List! You may create a new gig IF you have the skills for it, or you can move your current gig category IF it falls under that!

Hello, I am a Wordpress Developer and Level Two seller.  Suddenly I saw my success score was down(it was going 9 to 4) and I lost my level. Recently I have done 3 works with 5* reviews. But I can't see any improvement in my success score.  Is anyone here to help me how can I improve my success score?

Thank you

You need more than 3 5-star reviews.
I've been at level 9 for 7 months and I get an average of 20 5-star reviews per month. So I've gotten about 140-150 5-star reviews and I'm still not leveling up to level 10.

Hi. I'm sorry to hear about the drop in your success score and the impact on your seller level. Congratulations on your recent 5-star reviews—that's a positive sign that your clients are happy with your work.

Here are some suggestions:

  • Check your Fiverr analytics dashboard and find out what could affect your score.

  • If you're unsure about the specific reasons for the drop, consider contacting Fiverr Support for information.

I also read online that your pricing might also affect the score since your information is being compared with other sellers. Here is the link: https://help.fiverr.com/hc/en-us/articles/21965360854673-Success-score. My suggestion is not to focus on this and use pricing that makes you earn a good income.

I’ve had a similar issue before. To improve your success score, try these:

Resolve Issues: Make sure all orders are complete and check for any unresolved complaints.

Enhance Communication: Respond quickly and clearly to clients.

Quality Work: Keep up with delivering high-quality work consistently.

Contact Support: Fiverr support might offer specific advice for your case.

Keep going, and hopefully, you’ll see improvement soon!

In fact, 2-3 clients left no reviews. Could it have any effect?
