Fiverr Account verification related help needed

Hi,
Greetings! I’m a new seller and I’ve been directed to verify my account using my mobile phone. But when I go to take a pic of my nid while verification process, it says, “Unable to complete previous operation due to low memory.” Now I can’t understand what memory it has been told here. Please somebody help me on what to do to complete the verification process. Thanks is advance.
