Why: Response rate keeps dropping?

Hi… I wonder why my response rate keeps drooping when I always answer very quickly to my messages. I saw that when I go to the button “Clear filter” then I have some s p a m messages and after a few hours this user is banned my my response rate is the same. How do I prevent that from happening? Any Tipps? Or should I contact the Support? Tia

you can contact to Fiverr customer support , they will fix the issue. Because of the spam messages it happens sometimes, I think everyone on Fiverr experienced this issue once in their time period .

Check you spam massage also. May be this for those massage (not sure)

Check spam message or use filter option to find is there any unread message, if you can’t find such then contact CS

Last week my response rate drop to 2 hours. But I already replied new customers and even I didn’t get any new message for last 2 weeks
