If you want more orders, here’s what you need to do: You need to research, understand, and reach out to your target customers. You need to Study, Understand, and Connect.

The only people who will hire you, are the people who need your services. So, if you want them to hire you, you need to understand who they are, what they like, and and what they need. Then, you need to determine how your valuable skills can solve their needs. I’ll say that again – THEIR NEEDS, not your needs – not what you wa…

Hi

I hate to say it but I see some serious potential for problems.

Overview: Your Gig looks like every other gig with nothing to make me feel like I can understand YOU as a unique provider. It is not wise to say exactly the same things the same way as everyone else. I get that it may make you feel safe like you have the perfect formula, but in reality, how do I remember YOU when I read 5-10 gig that all look exactly the same? You need to write your Gig in a way that shows you as a unique provider or you give people every reason to feel you are not special.

You will see on the image of one of your gigs I have marked some things.

How Many (and why so many)?: In different places, you make different claims about how many logos you offer. This is going to lead to problems. I know you think it makes sense but it will lead to people buying the basic option and demanding 3 logos as that is what the Gig claims as its default state. Offering three then cutting back to two is very poor form. If people notice it they will feel you are untrustworthy seeing you broke a promise already.

Secondly, who on earth needs three logos? I want one because I have one business. Any idiot starting three businesses at once deserves to eat mud. You don’t need them. If you think that by providing three concepts that maybe, just maybe they might find something they like, you are not making Logos at all but little pictures. A logo is a branding device that needs to be very precise based on understanding the needs of the customers of that business. While a logo resembles a little picture, if you are not having a serious conversation with someone first, you are generating three random pictures that someone might use for a logo (mistakenly). Your call but it seems to reduce credibility rather than increase it. Maybe you know more than I on this - I did work in a design firm for a while but maybe a $5 buyer really is that way.

Silly Promises: All that repetition of infinite revision, guarantees that you are high-quality, and superlative satisfaction does far more damage than good to your credibility. As well as leaving you open to every shark swimming past who can get you do send them an infinite number of logos until one of you dies, whereupon then cancel the gig, leaving you penniless; all that does is say you are not a quality specialist but a turner of handles on a machine. Not what any serious buyer would actually want.

Again you are saying $5 so if you only want to sell at the bottom, maybe that is the world down there. If you hope to rise, all of this is a killer.

Thank you so much for pointing out my mistakes and explaining them well.

I will try to make a perfect gig by correcting the mistakes very quickly.

Hope your cooperation will continue forever.
