Lost gig rank after promoting to level 1

Greetings,
This is Toaha I’m working on fiverr form last November 2020. Recently I just promoted to level 1 but before that I have to cancel an order because the client was asking for a higher resolution and I send him 1500 dpi Jpg but he was asking for more Hd which was not possible so I have to cancel my order and another buyer rate me 3.7 without understanding. he was satisfied with my work but rate me 3.7 and just after these incident I was promoted to level 1 and I updated my gig price and description but my gigs are completely dead now I’m getting 4-5 imprations in my every gigs. what can I do now?? please help
