Do you mean how to apply for jobs? Assuming you have created at least one gig, look through the buyer requests that match your skills. They’ll be available under the menu on the main Fiverr site under More → Buyer Requests.

If you see something that matches your skills, then click on “Send Offer” and fill in the details of your offer.

Ad infinitum. 🙂

I think you already know that fiverr is a online freelancing marketplace. Here, you can apply for job. To apply job you have to make gig. To be honest, there are lot of things you should know before creating gigs. You should have an overall idea about how does fiverr actually work. So, I would recommend you to take time and research about fiverr.
