You can either wait 2 weeks until you can withdraw them, or you can use “Early Payout” option which charges 1% from the order’s revenue and will release the money to you immediately.

No. You still have to wait for the funds from an order to clear after the order is either manually marked complete or auto completes in 3 days.

Now, some manually completed orders can be eligible for some sellers. Not all sellers have access to early payouts. You pay a percentage as well for an early payout.

There is also an advance on funds some sellers have access to as well. But, in general, no, the TOS has not changed in regards to no level, Level 1 and Level 2 sellers getting their funds faster.

I do not know if you are mixing up the recent news about Milestones and getting paid after each with your question.
