Earnings withdrawal problem

I am on Fiverr since 2014, but never experienced such a huge amount of issues with such a poor support like these days (months). In short: I am unable to withdraw my earnings (more than $1,000) for last 5 months!
For all this time various support agents were trying to solve this (mostly asking me to send a screenshots even a video of the issue, over and over again). However, suddenly someone is closed my support ticket, marked is as solved (#4862199). I opened a new ticket explaining them that someone is closed the previous ticket without a solution, but this new ticket is also closed without any explanation!!!

What is happening with Fiverr??? I simple can not believe that the support team is unable to solve the system bug which caused I can not withdraw my earnings. This also caused I can not login and service my clients. I patiently was working and building my profile since 2014… Not only it is ruined, but I can not take my earnings out!!!

Everything is started when one of the agent (I wouldn’t mention her name here) tried to replace my old Revenue Card with the new one.

SOMEONE WHO IS IN CHARGE: REOPEN THE TICKET #4862199 and finally do something after 5 months I patiently waiting.

Unfortunately, the forum is just sellers and the occasional buyer, so we cannot reopen a ticket or fix your issue with withdrawing your revenue.

This also caused I can not login and service my clients.

Why can you not log in? Are you trying to do this from a phone or PC?

If you are trying to use the Payoneer form of payment to get the money from Fiverr to your Fiverr revenue card (which is Payoneer), it is Payoneer who is needing to help you, not Fiverr. Just as if you were trying to get revenue to PayPal and had issues with PayPal, you would contact them.

I guess the biggest question is why you cannot log into your account?

Why can you not log in? Are you trying to do this from a phone or PC?

If you are trying to use the Payoneer form of payment to get the money from Fiverr to your Fiverr revenue card (which is Payoneer), it is Payoneer who is needing to help you, not Fiverr. Just as if you were trying to get revenue to PayPal and had issues with PayPal, you would contact them.

The answer is so complex. The problem is on this side (Fiverr), not Payoneer nor PayPal. They are trying to solve these bugs for last 5 months, but still nothing. I should write a book here to just try to explain. I just want to draw your attention to the fact that Fiverr is not so perfect as most of the new sellers think. Obviously, the support is not the same as they were in recent years. Never even try to click “forgot password” for instance. You wouldn’t be able to reset it…

Odd. Your experience with support is completely different than mine has ever been. I have been here since 2013.

To be honest, if they keep closing tickets on you, I doubt they are going to fix or solve anything. I think there is more to the story here, and probably way too involved for the forum, and certainly, probably not something any of us here could even advise on anyways.

OK, here is “more story”:
5 months ago I asked support how to replace my old Pyoneer card with the new one. Support agent told me she will do it for me, by removing the old one and after that I would be able to add the new one. However, when she removed the old one, the system was going crazy. When I click to add a new card (which is the first step from my side), the system asking me to verify myself by the phone, which I do. The second step is that you receive an email with a link to add a new card. When you click on the link it leads you to the same place from the first step asking you to be verified by phone. When you verify yourself you got an email (again from the step two, again)… and as you see you are within a loop by going through all these steps all over again and again. Actually you are unable to add a new card.
When you are in the loop, the system suddenly decide to log you out, informing you that you should choose a new password. When you try to reset it, you drop down in the same loop with emails that lead to nowhere.
I suppose you will ask the following so here is my answer in advance: Yes, I tried from 4 different browsers (Chrome, Mozilla, Explorer and Android), 2 different desktop computers, one laptop, one phone and even from a different IP address (asking my Fiverr colleges to try from her computer). So, as you can see, there is no hidden story, nor any my fault here. I just wonder why they decided to close the ticket after 5 months of attempts and how would I take my earnings out?

Are you sure this is not a task for Payoneer to sort out?

I do not know what to tell you, and it sounds like the support agents you did get on Fiverr have no idea also! Maybe create a new ticket asking them to speak to a supervisor or someone in charge? (escalate it)

Without a payout method, you cannot get your money unfortunately.

I tried everything I know, so far. There were more than ten agents within same ticket, each time asking me to add screenshots and even to take videos about the whole process I went through. Since someone has closed my ticket suddenly, yesterday I opened a new ticket just to ask them to reopen my original ticket because nothing is solved, but all I got is that someone closed this new ticket too, with no explanation nor any reply.

Payoneer says that I have to add a new card through the Fiverr system (logically).
