Promotional gig is not working

Recently I opened Fiverr’s promotional gig option and it say’s (Unqualified) "This Gig is currently not promoted. It will be once it becomes promotable again."
Can anybody help me with this issue?
I’m facing really hard time to get my gig on rank.
