What is the best way to cancel an order so that i can limit the negative impact that it has on my seller account?

Hi guys, i need a quick bit of advice. I have a buyer who ordered from me and has now changed their mind about having me do their order, this is due to a few reasons, including unfortunate circumstances on their end, i.e moving house etc. On top of that i got sick at the beginning of the order and this caused a slight delay in me getting stared on the order. It’s just been a bit unfortunate all round really. Long story short they want to cancel their order and i need to know the best way to do this. My question is, is there a way to avoid or at least limit the cancelation having a negative impact on my seller account? What is the best way to cancel an order? Any information would be great 🙂 Thanks!
