What is the best way to cancel an order so that i can limit the negative impact that it has on my seller account?

Hi guys, i need a quick bit of advice. I have a buyer who ordered from me and has now changed their mind about having me do their order, this is due to a few reasons, including unfortunate circumstances on their end, i.e moving house etc. On top of that i got sick at the beginning of the order and this caused a slight delay in me getting stared on the order. It’s just been a bit unfortunate all round really. Long story short they want to cancel their order and i need to know the best way to do this. My question is, is there a way to avoid or at least limit the cancelation having a negative impact on my seller account? What is the best way to cancel an order? Any information would be great 🙂 Thanks!

The best thing to do is contact CS and explain the situation. Moving house isn’t a great reason for cancelling an order so they’ll hopefully do it for you without it hitting your stats.

Definitely contact CS first. Don’t let the buyer cancel it first. If he is comprehensive maybe explaining to him that you want to cancel the order before them, and that it will be better for both of you.
