I was a level one seller. I am working with Graphics designing. Last week one client after the order complete and received all file, she cancelled my 4 order at the same time. But when she checks all design and all file she was fully satisfied and she gifts me a big tip. For This cancelled Reason, I lost my order completion rate and now my order completion 67% for this reason I lost my level last 15 march. Now my all gig is so down. Now I am fully heartbroken and I don’t understand how to increase my gig and rank it properly.

I need help to increase my gig and rank my gig. please help me.

If your buyer cancelled the order as you stated, they cannot give you a big tip. The order is cancelled and so are the funds that go with it.

Only thing you can do is try to get orders. Cancellations hurt your position in the pages. Period. The only panacea is to get more orders completed.
