Hi!
A customer paid the first milestone of a work some weeks ago, and today it should be the day my pending clearance go available. But it keeps showing me $0 available for withdrawal.
If I enter into the my pending clearence, I can see the money I should withdrawal with the date of today, but I can’t withdrawal them.
Could somebody explain me?
Thanks!

How much is the amount? I am asking you, because depending on your chosen withdrawal option, there is a minimum amount for the withdrawal. Click the link below for more info:

Ecco l’avevo capito dal nome! 🙂

Anyway, I only noticed now that you are talking about a milestone order. I have never done that, but maybe you have to complete the whole order to be able to withdraw the money.

I don’t think so, because the pending bar is full, and the date connected to my withdrawal is today.

I was checking more past topics, and I discovered this:

FIVERR uses to calculate the times of a clearance according to his times. I mean: the date and time the order was activated. So, I read in some topics that it is normal and sometimes we have to wait some hours/days more to get our earnings as available for withdrawal.

Do you think it could be like this?

thanks!

The earnings will arrive 14 days after the exact time of the completion of the order. Not the beginning or the delivery of the order. For example, if your order was marked as complete at 2:52 pm 14 days ago, you will get the money at 2:52 pm today.

If you don’t see the money on your Earnings screen tomorrow, you can contact CS.

aaw that’s fantastic. Ok, I checked my emails and saw that this order was completed 14 days ago, but at 19pm… So I will check today after that time.

A question: eventually, when a customer asks a refund of the money because he wasn’t satisfacted with the order (this is not the case, I guess… bu just to know), does FIVERR send you a notification about it?

Thanks!

I haven’t been in that situation myself. The only cancellation I had was initiated by myself as the customer was misbehaving, and I didn’t want to deal with it. However, I assume that you would get a notification.
