Paypal email is the same as the email in my old fiverr account

in the past i created a fiverr account that has the same email address with my paypal email . And i never used the old account. Recently I’ve been making sales with my new active fiverr account. i want to use paypal to withdraw my money. and im worried to get in trouble since my paypal email is the same as the email of my old fiverr account.

Please tell me if I should be worried or not 🙂
