Delivered on Time Report Issues

Hi, percentage you see is based on last 60 days. Because you didn’t have orders in last month number of completed order in last 60 days is decreasing so stats on “Delivered on Time” is decreasing as well.

Please double check if any order in last 60 days is delivered late. If all orders are delivered on time and that is a bug, contact support and they will probably be able to help you.

!Please do not contact support until you double check if you indeed delivered all orders on time, they are very busy in this moment!

You can’t see from there, you will need to go through all orders in last 60 days manually. If you delivered late you will see on order page note that says order is past due or late
