Fiverr doesn’t allow duplicate gigs. If you’re not offering the same service in all the 3 gigs, and if the descriptions/images/and so on are not the same, it should be fine.

Of course, you can. And it creates more opportunities to get more jobs. But different gig image and change text a little bit. Not use 2 gig same to same ok.
