Why I've got spammed?

I’ve received this email from Fiverr. I think I haven’t do anything wrong to my buyers.
Can anybody explain why I’ve received this spam warning?

Have you sent any messages regarding reviews or contacted other sellers for any reason?

Have you contacted anyone, meaning sent them a message first to their account? I am not talking about replying to Buyer’s Requests - but if you went and looked up their account from a Buyer’s Request and sent them a message, this is seen as spamming.

I believe you may also get flagged for spam if you copy and paste the same message to multiple buyers.

Spamming on Fiverr means messaging buyers before they contact you. Sending the same message to multiple buyers may be also seen as spam (of course quick answers are the exception).
