Why the order do not marked complete automatic?

In March 9, 12:42 AM I delivered the order. Today time 13th March But the order do not mark automatic complete. In Fiverr “Rules This order will be marked as complete in 3 days”… So any body suggest me what I do?

I think the buyer send you a revision. You should check.
